Position Details:

Full-Time Opening within a school-based setting

Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and provide data-driven recommendations

Supervise and support RBTs, paraprofessionals, and classroom staff

Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to promote positive behavioral outcomes

Track and analyze student progress to adjust interventions as needed
Qualifications:

Active BCBA Certification required

Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
